Kirk is a very experienced Management Consultant with strong business, analytical and operational skills and deep expertise in helping organization execute their business strategies to deliver expected results. Kirk is a strategic, business-minded and team oriented leader with 14+ years of management consulting experience. Kirk has worked in different industries such as Banking, High Technology, Communications and Insurance. Kirk's ability to assimilate to different client environments and industries makes him a valued asset to drive change. Kirk has broad methodological knowledge and experience to add significant value to client from a business, operations and change management perspective.

Prior to KW3 Consulting, Kirk worked as a Senior Manager for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he led large transformation projects, particularly in the banking and high technology industries. Kirk planned and developed a shared service organization to deliver $17M+ in cost savings for a high technology client. In addition, Kirk led and managed the Program Management Office for a $300M+ process and technology transformation program for a large financial services company. Clients included Wells Fargo, Cisco, JP Morgan Chase, Visa, Walt Disney Company and Sprint.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Kirk is greatly involved in the community. Kirk is a member of The Fulfillment Fund Leadership Council and UCLA Alumni Association. Kirk is a past Board of Trustees Member for the California Science Center in Los Angeles.
